I just wanted to send a brief note of appreciation for the efforts put forth during the replacement of our paint system here at A.O. Smith Water Products Johnson City Facility. From the beginning to the end, everyone involved has done an excellent job. With limited windows of time to work over, not only was the work done well, but it was done very efficiently.

This project has been completed successfully thanks to all of your diligence. You guys made it happen. I personally thank you. Thank you for your hard work and efforts to insure that everything was done to the highest level of quality, and in the time constraints that were in place.  We look forward to many years of efficient use from the equipment you have installed, and we also look forward to working with you again in the future. If anyone
ever asks me if I would recommend KMI Systems for a project of this nature, I would without hesitation say, "Yes. I do." Be certain that we will contact you in the future as additional projects come along.
